MHT/+ Review and Refinement - Staff Feedback Survey

Dear Colleague, the recent independent evaluation of community transformation along with the Listen and Learn events have provided invaluable feedback regarding the implementation of the new model, staff experience and what is working well in addition to what could be improved.

We are keen to take forward the learning and refine the model in line with much of the feedback received, the analysis of the data and our work with partners. To maximise opportunities for improvement we are asking for your involvement to help shape specific areas.
